You can return anything bought in the online shop within 7 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as long as it is complete, unused and undamaged.

In a boutique

Bring the piece to any of our four boutiques in Lugano, Basel, Bern or Zurich. That costs you nothing. You can also exchange it there for another size or colour.
