General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The following terms and conditions apply between you and the Tatti Collection online shop (hereinafter "Tatti Collection" or "we/us").
1. Conclusion of contract
1.1 The presentation of goods in the Tatti Collection online shop is a non-binding invitation to you to order goods from us.
1.2 By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
1.3 We accept the offer by delivering the goods. The automatically generated order confirmation e-mail does not constitute acceptance of the offer; it merely documents that we have received your order. Whether we accept an order is at our sole discretion. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you without delay.
1.4 If, while processing your order, we discover that the products you have ordered are not available, we will notify you by e-mail. No contract is concluded for the unavailable goods.
1.5 We sell our goods exclusively to end consumers who have reached the age of 18.
2. Voluntary right of return
2.1 Irrespective of any statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily give you the opportunity to return products purchased from us. You may return any item purchased in the Tatti Collection online shop within 7 days of receipt, without giving reasons, provided that the goods are complete, unused and undamaged. The cost of the return shipment is borne by you.
Returns must be sent to: Tatti Collection GmbH, Fadenstrasse 27, 6300 Zug, Switzerland.
3. Delivery and shipping costs
3.1 Shipping to addresses in Switzerland is free of charge.
3.2 Shipping to Liechtenstein costs CHF 15.00.
3.3 Shipping within Europe costs CHF 25.00.
3.4 Shipping outside Europe costs CHF 30.00.
3.5 We ship 1 to 4 working days after the order date, provided the verification of your details (identity and credit check) is successful.
For all international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country.
4. Prices and payment
4.1 The prices in CHF stated at the time of the order apply. All prices include the statutory VAT.
4.2 Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered during the order process, under the conditions stated there. Depending on the result of the verification of your details (identity and credit check), we reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.
4.3 If you pay by invoice, you undertake to pay the invoice amount within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If part of the delivery has already been returned, the invoice amount may be reduced accordingly.
4.4 If you are in default of payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees. In the event of default, you agree to reimburse all costs and expenses we incur in pursuing our claims, including, without prejudice to any obligation to reimburse costs under procedural law, all out-of-court costs of a collection agency or lawyer we engage.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full. You hereby consent to the registration of the retention of title at your place of residence in Switzerland.
6. Warranty
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory warranty provisions apply.
7. Data protection
When collecting, processing and using personal or company data, Tatti Collection GmbH complies with Swiss data protection legislation.
Personal data is collected and used only for the processing of contractual relationships.
Data is passed on to third parties only to the extent strictly necessary for the proper performance of the contract. Personal data is appropriately protected against access by unauthorised third parties.
8. Copyright and trademarks
The entire content of this website, including texts and photographs, is our property. Any use requires our express consent.
9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for both parties is CH-6300 Zug.
