General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The following terms and conditions apply between you and the Tatti Collection Online Shop (hereinafter referred to as "Tatti Collection", "Tatti Collection Online Shop" or "we/us"):

1.1. Our presentation of goods in the Tatti Collection Online Shop is merely a non-binding invitation to you to order goods from us.
1.2. By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
1.3. Acceptance of the offer by us takes place upon delivery of the goods. The automatically generated order confirmation e-mail does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely documents that the order has been received by us. The decision as to whether we accept an order is at our sole discretion. If we will not fulfill an order, we will inform you immediately.
1.4 If, while processing your order, we discover that the Products you have ordered are not available, you will be notified by email. A contract for the unavailable goods is not concluded.
1.5 We sell our goods exclusively to end consumers who have reached the age of 18.
2. Voluntary exchange options
2.1 Regardless of your statutory right of withdrawal, we will voluntarily give you the opportunity to return the products purchased from us. After that, you can return all items purchased in the Tatti Collection Shop to us for a fee within 7 days of receipt without giving reasons, provided that the goods are complete and in unused and undamaged condition.

3. Delivery/Shipping Costs
3.1 Shipping is free of charge to customer addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
3.2 Shipping for Europe is CHF 25.00
3.3 Shipping outside Europe CHF 30.00. We ship 1 to 4 working days after the order date, provided that the result of the verification of your data (credit and identity check) is perfect.
For all international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees requires by the country.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
4.1 The prices stated at the time of the order in CHF apply. All prices include the legally valid VAT.
4.2 Payment for the goods is optionally made according to the payment methods suggested in the order process under the conditions specified therein. Depending on the result of the verification of your data (identity and credit check), we reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.
4.3 In the case of delivery on account, you undertake to pay the invoice amount within 7 days of receipt of the goods. In the event of a previous return of delivery parts, the invoice amount can be reduced accordingly.
4.4 If you are in default with payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees. In the event of default of payment, you agree to reimburse all costs, expenses and cash expenses incurred by us in pursuing our claims. This includes, without prejudice to an obligation to reimburse costs under procedural law, all out-of-court costs of a commissioned collection agency or lawyer.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. You hereby declare your consent to the registration of the retention of title to your domicile/domicile in Switzerland.
7. Warranty
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory warranty provisions apply.
8. Data protection
When collecting, processing and using personal or company-related data, Tatti Collection GmbH complies with the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation.
Personal data is only collected and used for the processing of contractual relationships.
This data will only be passed on to third parties to the extent that this is absolutely necessary for the proper execution of the contract. In addition, the personal data is appropriately protected against access by unauthorized third parties.
9. Copyright and Trademarks
The entire content of the website, including texts, photos, is our property. Their use is only permitted with our express consent.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for both parties is CH-6300 Zug
